Unitech System Co., Ltd. (UTS) was established in 2011 by an engineer who has experience in mechanical system especially in air-conditioning and ventilation system for more than 30 years. During the beginning period of the business, UTS was known by their valued customers as a contractor of air-conditioning and ventilation system. However, nowadays, in order to response to the demand of customers in which the complete range of services is needed, UTS has expanded their services to cover further systems, including electrical and lighting, sound and CCTV, sanitary, gas, fire suppression in hood, and sprinkler.

Furthermore, UTS has broadened their role to not only M&E contractor but also authorized dealer of Carrier and Daikin air-conditioner. Hence, this can guarantee that their customers will obtain standardized products and services with reasonable and affordable price. In addition, UTS is also able to supply other types of products apart from air-conditioning products, for example, exhaust and fresh air fans, and other spare parts to support our customer’s needs in every aspect.

In terms of M&E system installation, UTS has an ability to provide installation starting from small scale projects e.g. house, apartment, and condominium up to huge projects such as restaurant with area exceed 2,000 sq.m., food center, and industrial plant within Thailand and nearby countries.

Eventually, the after sales service is the thing that UTS emphasizes because the company believes that good sales should come with the good after sales service, even the after sales service for the product or project within guarantee period or the maintenance service for the product that exceeds the guarantee term.
